As you can see, I'm having another identity crisis and have morphed into 4 puppies. These guys were found in a rural area by my friend Carolyn's father. There were 6; he was able to get 5 of them, but the other was too fearful. The one not pictured looks like the black and white one. There are 4 boys and 1 girl, and they look like typical muttbloods. Little bit of this, little bit of that. They still have puppy breath, so I estimate them at 8-10 weeks. ARPO has agreed to take them. Carolyn is going to foster 2, ARPO will find 2 other foster homes, and *GASP* the Muttblood Family is going to foster the other one. We had 2 foster puppies last February and March, and the girls were pretty tolerant of them. I think as long as they are that young, we'll be okay, although there will be MUCH grumbling from all concerned, especially the cats. But I love to socialize puppies, so we're going to give it a shot. They will be s/n and get their shots on Friday, rest up a bit, then be ready for the PetSmart Meet and Greet on 2/15. They have been trying to nurse on Spyder, Maddie and Sydney's brother, and he just moves away. He's being a really good foster dad, not wanting to leave them, but also correcting them when they are being inappropriate. Wish us luck! There is just nothing cuter than a puppy. Except maybe 5!
