THANKS for always being there

Connie on Activities - Wed, June 18 2008

Just wanted to thank everyone here who is also so supportive. I was so worried (and still am) about little Batman. It made me feel better to see how much everyone here cares about everyone else!

I still don't know what happened to him. He seems fine now. I'm fine because I had some wine last night :)

I think I'm going to have to have a pitcher of margaritas. It's not been the best of mornings with the dogs. **STRESSED**

I just went back and saw your "ER vet" post. How scary!!! I'm glad The Bat is doing better.

I don't know what I would do without ol' Indypaws and the people I have met on here.

I always wonder, where is the part that pets lower your blood pressure and help you lead a longer life? :) I even get stressed over the fish in my fish tank!

I'm in a constant state of stress and I keep adding to it by bringing more home to worry about. But my home wouldn't be home without them.

I've decided that it's when they're sleeping. They're peaceful and soft.

I've had trouble with this site all day and just read about your emergency trip last night....I'm so glad Batman is feeling better!! This IP community is the best!

I laughed out loud! I was thinking the same thing!!! Ever tried to take three dogs two walks a day, every day since you got the three dogs? I don't think that's what the exercise people had in mind when they said to get your heart rate up!!

Amen Stacy!! I was so upset after I cut Penny's ear earlier today that I called Kirby's mom to see if she thought I should do anything. Just talking to her and also reading replies from those who posted quickly was a big stress reliever.

This is exactly why I have dogs that don't require much in the grooming arena. About all I'm good for is pouring peroxide down Maddie's throat and making her puke when she has gotten into something forbidden.

Thanks, to everyone on this site my BP has dropped 10 points in the last year. Instead of automatically freaking out, like I'm prone to do, when one of my furbabies is injured I log in and look up old posts. Or create a new post and see what others have to say. I'm glad the Bat is okay.

We've missed a lot of IP happennings over the past two weeks or so--some problems with the storms, some problems with family, and some problems with IP, but looks like we're back. Thank Dog! We've really missed everyone.

When I read your ER-vet post, I was crying remembering my past trips to ER-vet. Crying happens at the ER-vet.

Glad Batman's better and I'm sure glad you had that wine at home!

Hopefully, Batman had a 1 time event. Glad you back to normal (at least as normal as things get).

Amen to that!
