Fiona

In Memory of Sasha on Grief - Tue, July 08 2008

Many of us have lost pets, some very recently and others not so recent, but still recovering. We never forget them, but we go on. I wanted to share again, in Sasha's memory, the special story of Fiona, and how her tiny spirit still impacts my life today.

I don't know if this link will work, so if it doesn't, please open Little CeeCee's profile and scroll down to the post that she named "Fiona". Thanks for giving me a place to share my grief, my recovery, and my renewal.
xoxo Diane

I really enjoyed your story. You make such a good point about things working out in the end. When I look back at things in my life, I know I wouldn't be who I am or where I am now if not for certain events. When things aren't going well, I always try to remember it's during the toughest times when you find your inner strength and grow as a person.

Our eyes are leaking over that story, for both it's sadness and it's inspiration. God always does take care of all creatures in the long run.

I now see why having MiMi is so important to you. Having a mother/daughter duo will help complete that cycle. Thank you for sharing your story.
