I have definite UNfavorites, like the Schnauzer's mom Brittany or Brandy or some other B name. Bella Starlet's mom is just a bit much as well, but Bella is a mutt like Galaxy, so I like her. I really liked the woman with dark hair who has a Maltese or something small and foo-foo, but doesn't treat it like a little toy. And I love the old guy with the Brittany.
It started last week on CBS. It's bunch of people and their dogs. It's a "reality" show wherein dogs do tricks, people act incredibly narcissistic and stupid, and you end up feeling sorry for some of the dogs because they are stuck with these people.
I missed last week, but taped it and watched after work, which I plan on doing every week now. I like the show alot. My dogs can do some of these things but would never be able to subjected to all the distractions. Those are all very good dogs. I'm glad of who got voted off because I thought she was downright mean to her dog. I hope she learns how to be kind and gentle. Someone really needs to train that person. I felt so sorry for her dog. Tillman cracked me up when they put that plate of food in front of him that he couldn't touch. The look on his face was something else. I was really wishing luck to Elvis to behave, knowing how much energy jack russells have. Fun show!
Mommy and I love that show. I think that Kenji was a gorgeous dog with a crazy owner. I am glad that they are gone. I hope to see more of Tillman and Andrew --they are my favs so far. I also think that Elvis is very handsome. Preston is okay, but he has pink hair sometimes and I wonder how they do that and if its safe for him. Hopefully my mom will never do that to me...what was the big lecture on clothes about? I wear a t-shirt sometimes and I"ll definately have a nice winter coat for my outdoor walks...
Yeah, That and we would have so failed the "leave it" challenge. I'd have gotten mine, and anyone else. I'd have been walking across the table but at least I would have been nekkit. Again last night, the show made my Mama say---At least I'm not that big a freak--- Poor Bella Starlet. And Mama almost cried when Bill's doggie got hurt. Glad she was okay. We love Tillman--He's as close to a Basset as we can get. And I too am a farter, not a fighter---ETB
So last night was the first time I watched and I thought that Star and her owner were so sweet. I love how he cried taking her to the E-vet clinic. He was also so sweet to her...carrying her in and putting her on the bed for a nap. Is Star a muttblood? I also like the boxer and bulldog. It was a cute show.
Uh, yah, the likelihood that I'll be adding "leave it" to my best tricks section of my profile is not too good. Maybe I could add when mommy says "leave it" to my pet peeves???
If I'm not mistaken, Star is a purebred Brittany Spaniel. I could be wrong though. I haven't watched the episode yet, but we have it Tivo'd so I'll watch it sometime soon.
I think it would be good PR, too. Remember that post the other day about Barack adopting a dog? Wouldn't it be the bee's knees if he adopted a bully?!
That "leave it" command would be like taking me to the chinese buffet just to look at the food...almost impossible!! My hat off to all those dogs that obeyed. did anyone else notice how pretty the food was presented? The one with the tortilla chips sticking up was almost like something you could order at ChiChi's or Chili's.lol
