Does she respond to 'no?' Or you could teach the command 'leave it.' which might work.
Otherwise, I would try putting something in front of the door for a few nights to see if she gets out of the habit or spray the door with something like bitter apple. Or put her in a crate in your bedroom.

If none of those suggestions work, I would put some Sticky Paws on the part of the door that she is scratching. It is like double sided tape and deters cats from scratching on things because they don't like the sticky on their claws. I would assume that dogs would feel the same way. I would also keep a spray bottle of water at my bedside and spray her with it as soon as she starts to scratch while saying NO in a loud voice.
