I'm a card carrying member

I got mail today and Mom was so excited she ripped open the package and did a little dance. I got some kind of plastic card with my picture on it (my best picture that I use here) and it has my name and Mom's name and says I'm a therapy dog. I also got a yellow tag for my collar.

Mom says I'm not officially a therapy dog until I go someplace that needs me and someone pets me or something.

I am not sure why Mom is so excited. I already have a lot of tags, 'cause mom is super paranoid I might get lost.

I swear my mom is really strange. She is showing my card to people. Don't let her near you. You will probably have to look at it too.

Congrats, Batman! I thought mine was a license to shop because it looked like a Mom's license...and Shopping is therapy to Mom.

Maybe you and I can tag up sometime... Batman and Ojo... Ojo and the Bat.

Congratulations! If you're a therapy dog, does that mean you can start seeing patients for therapy? I think Francie and Penny need some therapy. :-)

Mom says I'm supposed to see people. But, seriously, what sense does that make? I would be happy to see Penny and Francie.

I am looking for a couch right now. Something that is comfy and can hold a bowl full of dog treats.

We will discuss how perhaps their parents messed them up and that eating when your are anxious is really OK.

Batman, if you need to let some people pet you, my mom loves, loves, loves, petting dogs. But my Dad is the one that may need the therapy - mom's going to Florida without him in 3 weeks! Congratulations, fantastic furred one!

Charlie, can you drive to Mom's dog day event on Sept. 6? Then you and I can cruise around while Mom is busy. I hear there are going to be horses and cows galore at the fairgrounds, think of all that poop!
