Lola on Grooming - Fri, September 12 2008

Happy BFF Friday, girlfriends!! I was thinking that I need a new necklace so mom helped me find some gorgeous ones on this awesome girlie dog website!!

Here are links to some of my faves: http://www.glitzypetjewelry.com/pet-jewelry_fashion.html

Notice the BEDAZZLE ones?!?!?!?

I think we should all buy matching ones and then get together to have a spa day. We can start with a seaweed body wrap and end it with a deep coat conditioner. This rain is wrecking havoc on my curly ears...

Oh dear Dog! Poor Bella Starlet. I might have had to bite my mom if she had tried to put that stuff on me! BTW...we didn't watch it, but Travis and Presley the Boxer puppy won the Greatest American Dog thingy. He and Andrew the Maltese were the final 2. The last episode also featured elephant involvement because apparently the staff and judges believe that we canines encounter a lot of elephants in daily life and should be assessed on our reactions to them. EEEEEKS!

Pretty stuff there, Lola...I bet your ears look just lovely when they're really curly. You are just soooo cute anyway. Rescue (the brat) drools over your avatar.

Mom says no way it was a big lesson for her, when I ate my angel charm. Yep I had a angel in my belly and my vet still has it, she keeps it on her desk. They thought something was wrong or stuck in the xray machine, cause after 10 xray's they decided to ask mom if she knew anything about a angel. lol
boy was they relieved to hear mom say yes it was my missing collar charm. So no Jewelery for us ever. mom posted my xray pic up so you can see my angel.

No way! If mom puts one of those on me, I swear I'll eat it!

I want, I want, I want. I am sooooo asking for that as a "welcome to our house" present. Mom saw a doggie snowsuit on ebay last night that she's thinking about getting for me. I get cold so easily and she wants me to stay warm this winter. I like this furever home stuff. I get treated so much better-well except for Chase. He's really mad because I'm daddy's girl and he wants to be daddy's only baby.

Oh my gosh!! I saw the angel in your x-ray!! You silly girl, you're not supposed to EAT them.... Mom said that if I get a necklace, it's not going to have a charm. I'd probably chew it off.

Hey, my Mom makes jewelry and can do custom pieces in any color you like and any size you need. That's right, you and all your BFF's can have matching jewelry, or you can have a one-of-a-kind creation just for you. She can even use letter beads to spell out your name. I'll have her put some dog jewelry she's made on her profile. Here's her website: www.feastyoureyesjewelry.com. For orders here in Indy she can deliver in person so there's no shipping costs!

Barkey, you must be severely depressed. We never hear from you any more. Tell your new sister that there is a new chenille sweater on mom's website.

I just looked at your website and plan to order some things when I get home to my own computer. I love the fact that you are donating some of your profits to various animal charities!

Sophi thinks everything must be chewed or swallowed, Our vet says it's a Lab thing, so We tried to be a doxie and not eat things once.
But as you can see that didn't work, we're still happy playful Labs when we look in the mirror. lol

I'd have those necklaces off before you could say Boo.
And Boo Boo (aka Brumley) would probably eat them. Not that they aren't pretty....

Not that ETB would ever wear jewelry but there are a lot of really cute pieces on your Mom's site. I'll have to share with my friends for sure. And awesome for donating proceeds to help animals.

Ok, now I'm going to sound like Sweetie. I want, I want, I want, I want. I've already found a bday present for my friend and the rescue necklace for me. Awesome! I would love to learn to make jewelry. How about you have a class to teach us to make something simple, charge for you and the supplies plus a little extra and give some of the extra to pet causes? I bet you would have a full class!!!!
