Every year there is a fundraiser for HSI that is pretty cool. A photographer named Michael comes up from Florida and takes great pix of animals. Or humans and their animals. He donates the sitting fee to the Humane Society. You make an appointment, go and have your pictures taken, then about a week later, your human goes and sees all the pix he has taken on a computer. He makes suggestions, gets your input, tells you how he might be able to manipulate certain things by computer to get just the perfect pix. He and his wife, Karen, are VERY good at working with animals, so no need to be afraid there. If you want to check out his work go to www.petportraitsbymichael.com
Then go toGalleries, then Pets, and there will be a bunch of pictures on a scroll at the bottom so you can see his work. If you keep scrolling there will be a picture of Sydney and me. Michael won an award with it last year! He will be here this year 9/21-9/24.

What a great idea...I know my mom will go for this she gets pictures of me and helps other animals! it's a win win.

Michael is wonderful. I used to volunteer at the Humane Society in the Florida town where he is based and he helps out regularly down there. They make beautiful images.
