Woman kills puppies

Freckles on Grief - Wed, October 17 2007

I guess I'll never understand it. Why in the world would you kill a litter of innocent puppies? And for a woman to do it? It seems like something that is usually reserved for the male humans. This happened in Atlanta. She called the shelter to ask if she could surrender the litter and was told that she could. A few hours later the little darlings were found bludgeoned to death. Luckily she was as dumb as she is heartless and left their bodies in a box with her name and address on it. She actually held a part time job at the University's vet hospital but has been suspended from that job. Poor puppies, rest in peace. Hopefully your deaths will be avenged by the courts. Here's the link to the rest of the story. What a low life.

Mom didn't read the story! She knew it would break her heart. A long time ago, she worked at a vets office and experienced a story almost like this. A breeder brought a litter of puppies in (they were about 2 days old) and wanted them euthanized. Mom asked why and she stated THEY ARE THE WRONG COLOR! Mom told the vet she was sick, he tried to get her to stay and she finally told him IN FRONT OF THIS BREEDER why she was leaving! Well, of course the vet who only had $$ in his eyes told her to go. Mom said she understood AKC, but not murdering innocent puppies who didn't ask to be born! There are a lot of people out there who would take a full blooded puppy even if it wasn't AKC COLOR recognized! Poor mom, she still remembers that!
