Good idea, Pebbles! I'm thankful that my mom is smart and easy to train, and she loves me. I'm thankful that I wandered into her yard and not some mean person's! I'm thankful for all my treats, toys and Wolf King. I'm thankful for IndyPaws because we've made new friends and I got in the paper 3 times!! It's also made mom a happier, better pet owner. I'm thankful for my mom! I love her! I'm thankful for my sister, Beverly, even though we aren't always nice to each other. I'm thankful for FOOD - any kind! I'm thankful for the wonderful trainers at Doggone Connection who feed me cheese and help me find manners. I'm also thankful for IndyPaws because my IndyPaws friends helped mom A LOT when I first came home. Beverly and I could just go on and on. We're very lucky compared to some dogs!

I am thankful for my parents who love me, my sibling who sometimes don't, a nice warm house and plenty of food. I'm thankful for all my friends here on Indypaws because there are many days that reading some posts really cheers mom up. Pretty much I am thankful for the wonderful life that I have.....
I'm thankful that Momma rescued me and gave me a safe, loving home. I love my Momma. Thankful for sisterdog, Annushka, Uncle G, treats, long walks, sleeping under the covers, Auntie Jackie, my boyfriend Teddy & his brother, Yogi, all my other IndyPaws buddies, my little t-shirts, green beans, rawhide chews, pupcorn treats, car rides, doggie events, cousins Peaches, Emma, KC, & the new kid, my apartment human friends, JoAnn & Carolyn, bellyrubs, music, and just about anytime I get to be with Momma.
I'm thankful for EVERYTHING! When Momma rescued me she said I wouldn't ever have to be hungry, scared or hurt again. I'm thankful for Strudel and Vega too. They are the best siblings ever. Oooh! I'm thankful for good food too. And I'm thankful for my auntie Brigitte too and all my friends at daycare. I think I'm thankful for everything so far but Strudel says I won't be thankful for my upcoming neuter! But momma says we get to go together so I'm thankful for that.
Hmmm, well, I'm thankful for my family and my fur siblings, even Lola, I guess. I'm thankful for our warm dry house, our big fenced in yard, my food, Lola's chewies that I steal, poop, grandma, grandpa and Uncle Brian coming next week, my tennis balls, and poop! I'm also VERY thankful for all of my Indypaws friends. You're all so awesome and fun. You make mom happy on a bad day and give great advice and support on off days. I'm thankful for Corgipaloozas, poem Fridays and Indypaws songs, too.
I'll speak for the rest of my clan... We're thankful for our family who loves us and puts up with all of our vet bill, barking, chewing, pooping, peeing, and stealing food every chasce we get. We love our humans and are so thankful that we are here and that they chose us!! Our family is full of kisses, love and snuggs♥
I am thankful that I have a family that loves me and lets me love them back. I have a warm house, big yard, lots of food and toys and friends to play with! I hope my 4 brothers found loving homes as well. I am even thankful for my sister cat Samantha who is finally getting close to me! Thanks for the Wiener Wednesday Pebbles and Happy Thanksgiving to everyone!
I'm thankful that my foster mom works with a nice lady that runs a rescue so I could get in it. I'm thankful my foster mom agreed to take my Wasset self and keep me until I find my forever home. I'm thankful that Chase plays with me sometimes and can't bite that hard. I'm thankful that I get to sleep in the big bed and mom pulls the covers up so I can climb under them. Mostly I'm thankful to still be alive!
I'm thankful for my mommy that I love. I'm thankful to Wagsstrays for taking me and keeping me until my mom could find me. I'm thankful to all my vets that keep me going. I'm thankful that I have a brother that's a real live security dog to keep me safe. I'm thankful for dad who walks me all the time so I can pee. I'm thankful for my foster sister because she makes Chase leave me alone when I don't want to play. I'm thankful for all my Indypaws friends too! And Grandpa cuz he lets me sit on his lap all day when I stay there.
I am thankful for stuffed babies, my new fence, squirrels and chipmunks, humans who adore me, Deuce ♥, morsels of food that miraculously fall from the sky, storm drains, dad's French Vanilla coffee, tables to surf, cats who knock things off the counter for me, my hidden treasure treat ball, and that Big Stinky Ezra found a forever home that was not at my house.
I'm thankful for Captain Jack's mom, Christina, for finding me on Petfinder and telling my mom about me, voices that don't yell and tell me I am bad, hands that pet me instead of striking me, bones to chew, Liver Biscotti, humans who are patient with my "rescue issues" and who let me be me instead of expecting me to be another Maddie, going for walks, riding in the car, plates and bowls to lick, and my comfy big blue bed.
I am thankful that Pebbles gave us an opportunity to reflect on this! I am thankful that people are starting to take the issues of animal overpopulation and animal abuse more seriously. I am thankful for the opportunity to know so many wonderful animals and their humans, and to share stories of humor, triumph, and grief with them. I am very thankful for a husband who understands my fundamental need to work with and for animals, and who tells me it is okay when I need to bring another one home. I am thankful for the IndyStar for starting IndyPaws, and for Kathi, who maintains it for us. A daily IP fix is now a necessity in my life. ♥♥
