Puppy Mill expose?

While watching the dog show yesterday I saw a commercial for what looked to be an expose of the puppy mill business! It had a couple of shots of pups in a "pet store" and then what looked to be an Amish person declining an interview. Could it be that some publicity is finally going to shine its light in the dark corners of that despicable business? Of course it is on at 11PM Monday night, not exactly a prime time for an expose, but it's a start. I think it was Scott Swan on Channel 13 NBC. I just checked their website, and didn't see anything on there, but I'm pretty sure that's what was said.

I sure hope they start to take a look at the real side of puppy mills and stuff help thoughts poor babys!

It's on WTHR on Monday night. We're definately glad it's going to bring some attention to the unknown (to way to many) business operation of Puppy Mills, the Amish (who'd think it from the outside) and Indiana stores.

Mom heard that today and set the DVR already. While she was at lunch with relatives, she mentioned it to her friend. Of course the relatives have puppies from UB and one of their boyfriend's works there. Mom thinks she had a lot of restraint to not wear her "No puppy mills" shirt to Thanksgiving dinner.

Really?? I didn't know about this!!! We'll be watching for sure! I'm the prouduct of a puppymill and I just ain't right....
